The novelties at the Restaurant Flores do Bairro menu are brought by Chef Vasco Lello and the purpose is to pay homage to the Summer. New dishes, lighter and fresher, to snack and share.

Gazpacho with sardine and oregano on toast, Beef ham with raisin and nuts vinaigrette, Tuna Carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette and chives, Fish soup with mint and Duck gizzard with tomato sauce are the new “appetizers” for tasting in the menu.
For fish, the novelty is the Roasted Cod with warm chickpeas, tomato and spinach salad; for the meat, the chef has two new suggestions: Black pork sirloin with clams, “Alentejana” style, and Roast Beef at Flores do Bairro.

The sweet, and fresh, novelty of the menu is the “Jubileu de Chocolate”. A chocolate blast that can be discovered and tasted in a small sealed flask. Pudding, mousse, ganache and chocolate meringue comprise the layers of the “Jubileu de Chocolate”.
